What youll do:

  • Provide expert support to business customers, addressing technical issues and troubleshooting challenges they face.

  • Collaborate, resolve, or escalate issues to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear and timely communication about issue resolution.

  • Log cases in internal systems while staying updated on the latest products and services.

  • Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels.

  • Offer complex technical assistance and drive program efficiency across multiple platforms.

  • Build strong customer relationships through prompt and professional support.

  • Investigate issues, provide effective solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

What youll bring:

  • Fluency in German.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Strong written and spoken communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.

  • A solid background in Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science.

  • 2-3 years of experience in helpdesk or system administration roles, ideally with medium to large businesses.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • Experience in Business Client support for B2B or B2C roles.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to uncover customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Technical expertise in Windows OS, networking, Microsoft productivity tools, and administration of services like Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Skype for Business.

  • Certifications like MCSE or Cisco will be an advantage.
