As a Customer Support Agent in Porto, Portugal, you will play a key role in meeting performance goals across operations and exceeding client expectations for excellence in quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement. What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will:

Be the voice of the company, directly interacting with customers

Provide support to our German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media

Assist merchants with any inquiries regarding our products and services

Optimize processes to continuously improve merchant satisfaction

Collaborate with departments like Sales and Marketing

Be part of an international and multilingual team
Your qualifications
This is a great role if you:

Are fluent in German (C1) and have advanced English skills (B2)

Have strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and customer-focused

Possess high empathy and a commitment to delivering excellent, customer-friendly service

Are capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues

Have prior experience in customer support

Are comfortable with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email) and multitasking with various tools

Have a problem-solving mindset and persistence in resolving issues

Stay organized and calm under pressure

Are proficient with smartphones, tablets, and computers
