Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback across multiple channels.

Foster strong relationships with customers through open, positive, and interactive communication.

Deliver exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize internal processes for continuous improvement.

Are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken, B2 level or above).
