Content Moderator with a Video Streaming Corporation (Hebrew Language)
Office Location is Cais Rocha Conde de Óbidos, 1350-352 Lisboa, Portugal
Salary is EUR 16,800 per year gross with bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, with rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Days Off: Typically consecutive, with one week per month (on average) where days may be spaced out to accommodate scheduling needs.

About the Role
Content Moderators play a vital role in ensuring online communities remain safe and welcoming. By actively contributing to the moderation process, you'll help create a positive, inclusive, and secure environment for users around the world.
While the role is rewarding, it also presents challenges. As part of your responsibilities, you may need to review and analyze sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing text, videos, and images. This content may involve difficult subjects such as crime scenes, abuse, harassment, and explicit material. However, your work will help safeguard communities from harmful content, creating a safer online space for everyone.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Review and assess potentially sensitive content, including graphic, discriminatory, or disturbing text and video materials.

Evaluate user reports regarding website content.

Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.

Identify content that doesn't meet requirements and flag it for action promptly.

Ensure content is reviewed within agreed-upon timeframes and quality standards.

Spot trends and patterns, and escalate issues that fall outside established guidelines.

Use your knowledge and insights of the local market to help improve community support strategies.
What We Look For:

Native proficiency in Hebrew, or at least B2 level proficiency, along with good English communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate and efficient work.

Experience with social media and internet platforms, as well as being tech-savvy.

Interest in current events, trends, and social media, with an understanding of local culture.

Quick learner, adaptable to new processes and systems.

Highly organized and able to manage tasks and time effectively.

Open-minded approach to reviewing and classifying various types of content.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
