What You Will Do in This Role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

  • Take an active role in seeking opportunities to enhance service and improve user experience from the very beginning.

  • Review, audit, and moderate content from customers and ensure compliance with copyright regulations.

  • Monitor user behavior and ensure social media policies are adhered to, while adapting to evolving circumstances.

  • Analyze reports according to protocols, maintaining a high standard of quality in each evaluation.

  • Act as a key point of moderation between social media users, applying guidelines in line with nuanced and context-sensitive policies.

  • Make autonomous decisions on challenging issues, including sensitive or business-critical situations.

Your Qualifications

You are a great fit for this role if you:

  • Are fluent in both German (C1) and English (B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields.

  • Are customer-focused, with excellent service skills.

  • Have the ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

  • Work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Are able to multitask, think critically, and communicate effectively.

  • Are a fast learner and a diligent worker.
