About the Role

As a Campaign Specialist, youll collaborate with a portfolio of new clients to help them build their first online advertising campaigns. Your work will have a real impact on their business success. This is a target-driven environment where you'll play a key role on a supportive and ambitious onboarding team.

What Youll Do

• Be a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through campaign creation and optimization

• Understand clients' goals and tailor advertising strategies to meet their needs

• Drive client success by increasing ad spend and ensuring long-term engagement

• Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone interactions

What Were Looking For

• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Advanced degrees in Marketing or Communications are a plus)

• At least 12 years of experience in sales or online advertising

• A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting goals and creating great client experiences

• Excellent communication skillsconfident on the phone and persuasive in writing

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving and customer impact

• Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a changing environment

• Native-level Dutch and a high level of English
