What Youll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries about orders, subscriptions, and invoices.

• Deliver exceptional service to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Follow up on customer inquiries until they are fully resolved, meeting all commitments and deadlines.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.

What We're Looking For

This role is a great fit if you:

• Are proficient in French (written and spoken) and fluent in English (B2 level).

• Have previous experience in customer relations.

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Are comfortable with Microsoft Office and other common software tools.

• Are organized, adaptable, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
