What Youll Be Doing

  • Providing expert guidance to customers regarding Homeowners insurance policies via phone or email

  • Assessing requests, making informed decisions, and ensuring timely resolution

  • Applying strong problem-solving skills to meet customer needs

  • Continuously striving to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality

What Were Looking For

You could be a perfect fit if you:

  • Are fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and comfortable communicating in English (B2 level)

  • Have strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset

  • Enjoy helping others and solving problems efficiently

  • Are proactive, motivated, and focused on results

  • Have previous experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)
