What Youll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and document relevant case information.

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by assisting with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues across multiple communication channels.

  • Handle inquiries efficiently or escalate them to higher support levels when needed.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues and close help tickets properly.

What Were Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong command of the German language (written and spoken) and is fluent in English (B2 level).

  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify technical terms for non-technical users.

  • Demonstrates patience and a problem-solving mindset when addressing customer needs.

  • Stays updated on the latest trends in IT and technology.

  • Is proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
