As a Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), youll utilize your skills to support our client's finance operations and play a key role in improving customer service and experience.

What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Assist customers through phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.

Answer questions about features, functionality, and account setup.

Resolve app-related technical issues such as login errors or payment delays.

Guide users through account creation or identity verification.

Ensure a positive customer experience by being empathetic and professional.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or technical teams.
Your Qualifications
This role is a great fit for you if you:

Have a high level of French (oral and written) and fluency in English (C1).

Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries.

Are familiar with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms.

Can fully understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Have previous experience in customer service, support roles, or call centers (preferred but not required).
