What Youll Be Doing If youre passionate about travel and customer service, this is your chance to make a real impact. Youll be helping customers quickly find answers, offering product consultations, and ensuring their issues are resolved with a smile. During a Typical Day, Youll:

Answer incoming customer communications

Conduct research to resolve customer issues

Be the first point of contact for top-tier accommodation partners, handling queries like room modifications, rates, and availability

Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and processes

Ensure a high level of service and a positive partner experience
What You Bring to the Role:

Fluency in Croatian and English
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 6 months of customer service experience

Strong product or service knowledge and the ability to explain it clearly

Computer-savvy
-
High-speed internet in a quiet home office (if applicable)

Residence in Greece or ability to relocate and gain work authorization swiftly
