As a Customer Service Representative based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, youll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while helping our clients exceed expectations in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Handle calls and chats from customers seeking information about their insurance policies

• Process requests through policy systems and respond via email or written communication

• Index and archive documents using our digital tools

• Manage policy updates, payment information, claims, and cancellations

What Were Looking For:

• Proficiency in German (C2) and fluency in English (B2)

• Prior customer service experience is an advantage

• Strong communication skills with a professional, solution-oriented approach

• A self-driven team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
