About the Company:

Main Mission:

  • As a PMO, you will consolidate all project management activities within the company while promoting and implementing best practices in project management.
  • The PMO supports project managers and technical leads in coordinating all deliverables and ensures close collaboration with various involved teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and consolidate all projects and initiatives.
  • Design and formalize project management processes, templates, and tools.
  • Prepare reports and project tracking instances.
  • Analyze and challenge key project information (progress, budget, deadlines, etc.).
  • Identify and escalate needs for arbitration and alerts.
  • Establish dashboards and analyze overall indicators.
  • Propose continuous improvement actions and follow up on action plans.
  • Capitalize on knowledge and expertise through knowledge management tools.
  • Support entities in achieving their goals and manage the document management policy.

Required Profile:

  • Graduate from a prestigious engineering or business school.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably with an industrial component or in the field of precision agriculture.
  • Mastery of formal project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Excellent synthesis, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
