**Main Responsibilities:**
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making
- Develop and maintain **dashboards** and **reports** to track key performance metrics and identify trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements
- Use advanced statistical methods and data visualization tools to analyze data and present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Perform **Business Intelligence (BI)** tasks, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for reporting and strategic planning
- Support the implementation and optimization of **data analysis** tools and technologies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations based on data analysis
**Profile Requirements:**
- A degree from a prestigious university or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering)
- 5 to 7 years of experience in **Data Analysis** and **Business Intelligence (BI)**
- Strong proficiency in **data analytics tools** such as SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques
- Experience in managing large datasets and using data visualization tools to present complex data insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical data into business insights
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and influence decisions with data
