About the Company:

Main Mission:

  • As a PMO, you will consolidate all project management activities within the company while promoting and implementing best practices in project management.
  • The PMO supports project managers and technical leads in coordinating all deliverables and ensures close collaboration with the various teams involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and consolidating all projects and initiatives.
  • Designing and formalizing project management processes, models, and tools.
  • Preparing reports and project monitoring meetings.
  • Analyzing and challenging key project information (progress, budget, timelines, etc.).
  • Identifying and reporting arbitration needs and alerts.
  • Establishing dashboards and analyzing global indicators.
  • Proposing continuous improvement actions and monitoring action plans.
  • Capitalizing on knowledge and know-how via knowledge management tools.
  • Supporting entities to achieve their objectives and managing the document management policy.

Required Profile:

  • Graduated from a top engineering or business school.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably with an industrial component or in the field of precision agriculture.
  • Proficiency in formal project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Excellent synthesis, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
