Job Overview

We are seeking a German speaking person, motivated and customer-focused to join a leading International Travel project. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with inquiries, reservations, flight changes, and providing accurate information regarding airline services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding airline policies, schedules, baggage, and travel requirements.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Ensure all interactions are documented accurately in the system.
  • Meet performance and quality targets set by the company.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
  • Must be eligible to work locally.

Salary & Compensation

Contact Centre Agent Salary Progression

  • Month 1: €5.60 per hour
  • Month 2: €8.10 per hour
  • After Probation: €8.50 per hour
  • After 12 Months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based)
  • After 18 Months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits

  • Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000 per year (pro-rated and paid quarterly), eligible after successful completion of the 6-month probation period.
  • Language Allowance: €250 per month, eligible after completion of training.
