About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon and support a leading Travel project. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, assisting passengers with inquiries, reservations, travel-related issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support to airline passengers via designated communication channels.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve individual and team performance objectives.
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent Spanish and good communication skills in English.
- Valid Authorization to work in Portugal
Working Schedule
- Monday to Sunday
- Working hours between 08:00 and 21:00
- 40 hours per week with 2 rotating days off per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: €920 gross per month (paid over 14 months)
- Attendance Bonus: €25 per month (paid over 11 months)
- Meal allowance: 7.63euros per day (167.86 per month= 7.63*22days)
- Full-time employment contract
