We are seeking a Italian Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive online environment for our users and community. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content, investigating reports, and taking appropriate action to enforce community standards and platform policies.

You will play a key role in identifying harmful behavior, mitigating risks, and improving the overall user experience by proactively addressing safety concerns and supporting continuous improvements to trust and safety processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and other reported content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
  • Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems.
  • Analyze data and contextual information to accurately determine the severity and impact of reported incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams when handling sensitive or complex trust and safety matters.
  • Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse before it occurs.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation within trust and safety operations.
  • Review new and existing platform features, providing recommendations that enhance user safety and reduce opportunities for misuse.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and secure community experience by enforcing policies consistently and fairly.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian  and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage.
  • Passion for online safety, digital communities, and creating positive user experiences.
  • Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria

Working Conditions

  • Location: On-site
  • Schedule: Rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Salary: 1500 euros per month

Relocation Package (if applicable)

  • Relocation Bonus: €1,500 Gross (paid in 2 installments) - to support relocation and initial rent costs.
  • 21 Days of Company-Provided Accommodation on arrival, and assistance in finding a long-term home.
