We are looking for motivated and customer-focused German-speaking professionals to join a prestigious Swiss Telecommunications Project in Sofia, Bulgaria. Working Schedule
- Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Operating hours between 09:00 and 22:00
- Mix of 8-hour, 6-hour, and 4-hour shifts
- Please note that a late shift until 01:00 may be introduced in the future (currently not confirmed)
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Support sales activities and contribute to business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Monthly Compensation
- Base Salary: €1,636.14 gross/month
- Training Bonus: €153.39 gross/month
- Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross/month
Additional Rewards
- Tenure Bonus: €51.13 for every completed year of service
- Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers earn approximately €1,022 net/month in additional commissions
