We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our growing travel company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting travelers with inquiries, reservations, and travel-related concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records within company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests.
- Stay informed about company products, services, destinations, and travel policies.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets related to service quality and response times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, customer care, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer support tools.
- Flexible and reliable with the ability to work rotating schedules.
Working Hours
- Operational schedule: Monday to Friday between 09:00-19:00
- 8 hours per day, shift-based schedule within operational hours according to business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary
- Monthly salary: €2045.17

Relocation Package (if applicable)
For candidates relocating to join the company, the following support is available:
- Reimbursement of travel expenses up to €250 after six months of employment, provided no prior notice period applies and valid travel documentation (e-ticket and invoice) is submitted.
- Accommodation for 10 nights in a centrally located hotel, including breakfast.
- Salary advance of €500 to assist with initial relocation and settling-in expenses.
