Spanish B2B Sales Customer Expert

Position: Operations Customer Expert I – B2B Sales
Location: Lisbon – On-site
Start Date: 12 January (flexible / adjustable)

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday

  • 40 hours per week

  • 08:00 – 17:00

Job Description

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Sales Customer Expert to join an international team in Lisbon.
The role focuses on outbound sales and client acquisition, supporting business customers through a digital platform solution.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential B2B clients via outbound calls, email, and online meetings

  • Present platform solutions and explain business value

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to follow-up

  • Prepare and send commercial proposals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers

  • Update CRM with accurate client and sales information

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Native-level Spanish

  • English B2 level (mandatory)

  • Previous sales experience required (B2B is a plus)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • EU ID, Residence Card, or Certificate of Protection

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary + meal allowance + holiday & Christmas bonuses + project bonus

  • Total monthly gross package: approximately 1,350€

  • Performance-based project bonus up to 135€
