Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English (written & spoken)

  • Knowledge of sales strategies and sales pipeline management

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing environments

  • Ability to drive a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment

  • Background or experience in marketing

  • Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to work in a dynamic atmosphere

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools

  • Experience working with CRM systems or similar platforms is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross base salary: 3,300 BGN

  • Target bonus: 1,425 BGN
