About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for an onsite project based in Athens. This is a separate project where C2-level language proficiency is mandatory. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Follow internal processes and quality guidelines

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary

Requirements

  • C2-level proficiency in one of the listed languages

  • Good command of English (minimum B2)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work onsite in Athens

  • Valid EU work permit is required

  • Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
