Working hours: Monday – Saturday | 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Work model: On-site

Salary & Benefits

Total package above €1,400 gross / month (12-month basis), including:

• Base salary: €930 gross x 14 months

• Guaranteed bonus: €100+ gross for the first 3 months (based on targets)

• Meal allowance: €9 / day net (meal card)

• Transport reimbursement: up to €40 / month (public transport, with monthly pass)

Role description

Provide customer support via phone and digital channels. Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• French: C1/C2 level

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Availability to work on-site in Porto

• Only local candidates (within 30 km of Porto)

• Right to work in Portugal
