We are currently hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join a fast-growing digital marketing team in Barcelona.

This role focuses on onboarding new business clients, driving PPC performance, increasing ad spend, and building long-term partnerships within the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients

• Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing solutions

• Identify client objectives and provide tailored advertising strategies

• Drive upselling and increase campaign investment

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the German market

• Analyze performance data, ROI, and market trends

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR awareness required)

Mandatory Requirements:

• C2 level German

• Strong English

• Bachelors degree OR equivalent professional experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Digital Marketing

• Previous client-facing experience in performance-driven environments

• Strong understanding of PPC & digital advertising ecosystem

• Analytical mindset & CRM experience

• Deep understanding of German market & business culture
