Start date: 20 January 2026
Work model: On-site training & nesting, remote option after 90 days (based on performance)
Working hours: Monday – Sunday | Shifts between 08:00 – 00:00
Salary: €1,500 gross / month

Role description:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, offer accurate solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in an international environment.

Requirements:

• Dutch C1/C2

• English B2+

• EU work permit / right to work in Greece

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts
