Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team based in Athens. Depending on the project and profile, the role can be on-site, hybrid, or fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate information and efficient issue resolution

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards

  • Record interactions in internal systems

Requirements

  • Native or near-native proficiency in one of the listed languages

  • Good level of English for internal communication

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

  • Flexibility to work in shifts (project dependent)

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit (for Greece-based roles)
