Role Overview
As a Marketing Customer Support Specialist, you will support Arabic-speaking advertisers by providing assistance related to digital marketing campaigns and online advertising solutions. This role combines customer support with digital marketing knowledge, focusing on paid campaigns and advertiser success.
Responsibilities

Support advertisers with paid digital marketing campaigns

Provide guidance on campaign setup, optimization, and performance

Handle client inquiries via multiple channels

Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a service-oriented mindset

Work collaboratively with internal teams while managing tasks independently
Requirements

Fluent Arabic (Egypt / Jordan / UAE) + English

Mandatory experience with paid campaign management

Degree in Marketing or related field

Previous experience in Digital Marketing

Background in a Contact Center or service program for an Advertising Tech company

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts

Strong communication and customer-oriented skills

Salary: €985 x 14 payments (gross)
