Role description

Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in an international environment.

Requirements

• German: C1/C2 level

• Basic English

• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

• Availability for rotational shifts

• Ability to work on-site at LACS Santos
