About The Role

Are you ready to support business travelers and help them manage their corporate trips with ease?

In this role, youll assist German-speaking corporate clients with bookings, itinerary changes, travel policies, and expense-related questions. Youll be the reliable point of contact ensuring every journey is smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Salary & Benefits

  • 4,000 BGN gross / month + performance bonus up to 300 BGN

Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking corporate travelers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel policy queries
  • Support users with expense reports and platform navigation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems (English)
  • Meet quality, compliance, and productivity standards
  • Collaborate with a multilingual and professional support team

Requirements

  • German: C2
  • English: B2+ (internal communication & tools)
  • Customer-first approach and professional communication style
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Open to working rotational shifts, including weekends

Documentation Requirements

  • EU citizenship, residency card valid for at least 1 year or refugee card
