About the job Customer Support Specialist (French Speaking) Braga - Hybrid / Onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service team supporting end-users of a leading telecommunications service provider.
In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels

Answer questions related to subscriptions, billing, and service usage

Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting

Offer clear, accurate, and customer-focused solutions

Ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction

Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Candidate Profile

Native or near-native French (C2 level required)

No previous customer support experience required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-site
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: €880 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries)

Performance Bonus: 140€ per 12 months

Meal Allowance: €7,63 per working day

Health Insurance: Since day 1 (but need to pay a monthly amount) It's free after 6 months of contract.

Hybrid / On-site – Braga, Portugal
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 19:00 (Rotational shifts)
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
