Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist – Lisbon (Hybrid) / German Speaker (C2)*

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon (Anjos Office).

Position Details

• Work Model: Hybrid (subject to change in the future)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal

• Contract Type: Permanent contract with 180-day probation period

Job Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers

• Manage and optimize mainly Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)

• Create keyword packages, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations

• Develop expertise across Google products (GSN, Mobile, YouTube, etc.)

• Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights and report on KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience in ads optimization (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other digital platforms)

• Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (Search Network, Display Network, YouTube, etc.)

• Strong Excel knowledge

• Analytical mindset

• Good understanding of KPIs

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: €23,000

• Language Premium: €3,240/year

• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary

• Average Monthly Total: €2,356

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net, meal card)

• Transportation Bonus: €720/year
