Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid role – local candidates only)

Work Model: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 09:00–18:00 or 11:00–20:00

We are looking for a Content Moderator with strong language skills and cultural awareness to help ensure a safe and compliant online environment. This role requires attention to detail, sound judgment, and an understanding of cultural and political contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and moderate content in line with platform policies and guidelines

• Assess content with awareness of cultural, social, and political sensitivities

• Identify and take appropriate action on non-compliant or sensitive content

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency while meeting productivity targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and policy adherence

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in German and strong English skills (spoken and written)

• Strong awareness of cultural and political environments

• High attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup

• Only local candidates will be considered

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 3,600 BGN net

• Monthly transportation/internet allowance: 50 BGN net (paid in addition to salary)
