Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM)
- You will work with existing B2B clients
- The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, performance, and revenue
- This is not a call-center role; it is a consultative and commercial position
π What will you do in this role?
- Manage a portfolio of German-speaking B2B clients
- Ensure clients use the product/service in the most effective way
- Track and manage KPIs, targets, and performance results
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a bridge between sales and customer success teams
π― Why is B2B sales experience required?
Because this role involves:
- Communicating with clients using a commercial and business-oriented approach
- Working with revenue, performance targets, and ROI
- A performance-based bonus structure (uncapped)
