About the Role

We are looking for German/Danih/Dutch or Hebrew speaking Onboarding Account Managers to join an international team supporting high-potential Nordic clients in the digital marketing and online advertising ecosystem.

In this role, you will guide new business clients through their onboarding journey, helping them adopt data-driven advertising tools, optimize campaign performance, and build long-lasting strategic relationships. The position combines consultative sales, client success, and marketing strategy, offering a strong career path within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and onboard new clients while designing high-performing PPC campaigns.

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote products and drive engagement.

  • Understand client goals and offer tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.

  • Set up strategic, impactful advertising campaigns to ensure immediate and long-term success.

  • Identify upselling opportunities while actively reducing churn.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and workflows using CRM platforms.

  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • C2-level proficiency in German, Danish, dutch or Hebrew - plus C1 English.

  • Multilingual abilities are considered a strong asset.

  • Bachelors degree (Masters in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent relevant experience.

  • Minimum 20 months of client-facing sales or marketing experience.

  • Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and AI-driven support tools.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

  • Solid understanding of the Nordic market, including cultural dynamics and GDPR regulations.
