Role Overview

We are looking for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international customer service team supporting end-users of a leading telecommunications service provider.

In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Location

On-site – Sofia, Bulgaria

Project Start Date

12.01.2026

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00

     
  • Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

     
  • Rotational shifts within the above time frames

     

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate and professional support in line with company guideline
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution

     
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with internal procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Native-level Slovenian (mandatory)

  • English at B2 level or higher

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to work on-site and in rotational shifts

  • Relocation candidates are welcome and will be considered

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross Salary: 3700 BGN gross per month
