About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Developer to join a sales-driven team in Berlin. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in technical sales, who can identify business opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and drive revenue growth in a structured B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the German market

Engage with prospects to understand technical and business needs

Present and position technical solutions aligned with client requirements

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales performance
Requirements

German: C2 / Native level (mandatory)

English: B2 level (mandatory)

Proven experience in technical sales (mandatory)

Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication skills

Ability to work on-site in Berlin

Experience in B2B environments is a strong advantage
- Strong preference for candidates currently based in Berlin
- Relocation may be possible but will be assessed strictly on a case-by-case basis
- Candidates requiring relocation may be considered at a later stage or rejected at the final step of the process
- Relocation support is not guaranteed and depends on candidate profile and location
Compensation

Monthly salary: €3,100 gross

Monthly KPI Bonus: €700 gross
Relocation Support

Up to €1,500 relocation support for candidates relocating from outside Germany

Up to €700 relocation support for candidates relocating within Germany
(minimum distance: 100 km from Berlin)
