We are currently hiring a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join a well-established international team in Barcelona.

This is a great opportunity for experienced support professionals looking to grow within a structured technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via multiple channels

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues

  • Deliver high-quality customer service

  • Ensure accurate documentation of cases

  • Meet KPIs and service standards

Requirements:

  • C1+ German

  • B2+ English

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support (mandatory)

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work fully on-site in Barcelona
