About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join an international digital marketing project. In this role, you will work closely with Google Ads campaigns, helping businesses improve their online advertising performance through data-driven optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI

Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities

Implement best practices across Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns

Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly

Provide recommendations to improve client advertising results

Stay up to date with Google Ads trends and platform updates
Mandatory Requirements

German: Native or advanced level (C1/C2)

Google Ads experience: Minimum 1 year (mandatory)

Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

English: At least B2 level for internal communication
