Working hours:

• Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00

• Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

• Rotational shifts

Salary: 3,700 BGN gross / month

Role description:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in an international working environment.

Requirements:

• Slovenian C1/C2 level

• English B2 level or higher

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Availability for rotational shifts

• Right to work in Bulgaria
