Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Overview

We are seeking German-speaking Order to Cash Specialists to join an international finance operations team based in Porto. This role suits candidates with a solid Accounting or Finance background who want to build an international career.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the Order to Cash (O2C) process

• Invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer account reconciliations

• Follow-up on outstanding and overdue payments

• Resolution of billing discrepancies

• Communication with customers and internal teams in German

• Compliance with internal financial procedures

• Contribution to reporting and process improvements

Requirements

• German (C1–C2) + 

  English B2 or higher

• Experience in Accounting / Finance / O2C / AR

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

• On-site availability in Porto
