French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Only candidates living in Porto or within 30 km

We are looking for French Native or C2 level speakers to join a Customer Service team in Porto.
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Saturday
• Between 07:00 – 19:00 (rotative shifts)
• On-site

Job Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from customers
• Assist customers with:
  • Subscriptions
  • Billing inquiries
  • Technical troubleshooting
• Welcome and support customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Offer personalized solutions on each call
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

• French Native or strong C2 level
• No previous experience required
• Good communication skills
• Currently living in Porto or within 30 km
• Availability to work on-site

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 930€/month (x14)
• Meal allowance: 9€ / day
• Performance bonus:
  • 100€ per month for the first 3 months
  • Afterward based on performance 
• Private medical insurance after 4 months
• Transportation reimbursement: up to 40€
