German Speaking Customer Service Representative - Porto (On-site)

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Model: Onsite

Working Hours

  • Monday to Sunday: 06:00 – 21:00 (Rotative shifts)
  • 2 rotative days off

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in German. No prior experience needed.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions and follow internal procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams when necessary

Requirements

  • German C2 level (mandatory)
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work in rotative shifts
  • Starting date: 22/Jan/2026
