24/7 Rotative Shifts – Monday to Sunday
(2 rotating days off | Night shift only occasionally required)

Your Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with product-related and technical inquiries
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication
  • Ensure high-quality service aligned with healthcare standards
  • Work within a structured 24/7 rotating schedule

Who Were Looking For

  • Dutch fluent or native (mandatory) + English C1 level
  • Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotation
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Salary & Benefits

€1,100 gross per month (paid 14 months)
€150 attendance bonus (11 months)

Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

Relocation & Accommodation Support

For candidates relocating within Portugal: Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months – details discussed during interview)

Candidates must hold one of the following:

EU ID
Residence Card
Manifestação de Interesse
Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA appointment scheduled + NIF
Expired Type D Visa + AIMA appointment already attended + NIF

NISS is preferred but can be supported if needed.
