Your linguistic prowess and customer-centric approach will be instrumental in resolving inquiries and creating a positive brand image. Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in Dutch, providing prompt and effective solutions.

  2. Hybrid Work Model:
    • Embrace the hybrid work model, spending 2 days per week on-site in the vibrant atmosphere of Malta, and the remaining 3 days working remotely.

    • Provide accurate and detailed information to assist customers in their queries.
