About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will support customers using products, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and high-quality service across phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in French with professionalism and empathy

Assist customers with telecom services, troubleshooting, plan information, and billing issues

Support service activations, modifications, and problem resolution

Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions

Guide customers to improve their overall service experience

Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement
IT Background is PLUS
Requirements

Fluency in French (spoken and written) -
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
English B2 - C1 -
Ability to work on-site in Porto

Must live within 30 km of Porto

Previous experience in customer support is a plus
