Portuguese Customer Support Specialist - Multilingual Services, Sofia

We're hiring a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Multilingual Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: Hybrid.

Compensation: 1738.39 gross.

Start date: 17/Sep/26.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Portuguese and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
