Customer Support Representative - Hebrew Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

We're recruiting a Customer Support Representative for a growing team in Lisbon, Portugal.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What you'd be doing:

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source

What we're looking for:

• Solid working English alongside your Hebrew
• Fluent Hebrew, written and spoken
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Comfortable communicating in Hebrew at a professional level
