About the Role

We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join an international team in Braga, Portugal.

In this role, you will provide customer support to users of a digital application, helping them with questions related to app features, account management, balances, and available services. You will primarily assist customers through inbound calls while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional approach.
• Comfortable providing support by phone.
• Ability to understand and explain digital applications and their features.
• Must already be residing in Portugal and living in or near Braga.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
