Customer Support Representative - French Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their French-speaking team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What you'd be doing:

• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

What we're looking for:

• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
